Schatz Royal Mariner Clocks
National Repair Center USA
Schatz faced bankruptcy in 1982 and was subsequently acquired by Staiger, well-established clock manufacturer. Staiger was a pioneer in developing quartz-controlled movements for clocks, making significant strides in the industry. Despite this innovation, Staiger continued to produce the classic mechanical clockwork 39 until 1993, when it was eventually by the Hermle mechanical clockwork. This transition marked a significant evolution in clock manufacturing, blending tradition with modern technology.
We rebuild all the original Schatz and Hermle ship's bell clocks in our National Clock Repair Center.
